Today I Googled it to see what needs to be done and I got the link above.

I'm currently three weeks late but getting their the small sized needles have taken a little long than anticipated on my easy (not so easy) quick knit shawl.To speed things up I will add rows on an 8mm needle a pattern but randomly as I'm not on for row or stitch counts.
