A good blog is a factual one with links and reference! apparently. This is my bed spread (so 70's) that I decided to make to keep me warm for xmas. 

The only issue being in true my style its massive! to big to leave the house, and I am indeed notorius for huge projects but this takes the (mince pie) Biscuit.

But talking of xmas

I can't bring my self to Merry Christmas you all yet, because sadly the wreath is as xmas dec as Ive got.  

Due to the silly fact that now is not a good time to sell, sell that being my house.  I was basically two months to late for the market so having to keep my humble aboade uncluttered!!!.  NO CHRITMAS.

I guess this would also explain why my blog entries have dropped off! just pretty hectic at a hectic time of year for everyone.

I managed to complete my family gift before the damp cold shut down the progress of my creativness.......

Currently sitting in my kitchen which let me tell you is pretty un-inspiring!!!!!

But this peice of art I can not wait to give to my family.

There's an ad on TV at the mo, where a little boy is counting sleeps to the 25th to give his parents a gift.  

Well thats exactly how I feel about  this, gift wrapped in my room ready to go under the tree!.

It seems a production line of Royal scarfs (unofficial) should'nt think Mr Mad Stad would be to annoyed.  
And lets face it a more worth while project for Reading and it's Elderly I think would be a good, great idea to mount a big knit campaign and ditch those shop brought printed scarfs in return for quick knit acrylics that give the old a little extra income;-)

1st Jack checks the workman ship of my latest duckling , the stitches pass the inspection always attention to detail, just like his father 100%.   

This one should float and be completely clean at the same time, seeing it's made of recycled shower puff.

And hes now ready to release the duckling, set it free.

In the duck pic below the duckling appears to be winking, 

signaling it's readiness to leave the family pack.

A beautiful little beach the sand is white the sea is 

pretty blue and the duck is set down.  

At this point I have to pick up the baby and run, 

whist taking the photos! of course.  

Now that's what I call multi tasking.  

The tide had turned, so wet shoes for me.

And the waves washed in.

The duck tipped.

And washed back in again, chicken.........

Not just under the weather....dead   My clever other half decided to fix

But with little attention as its mine not his, he lost practically everything
I'd saved, yes pass words, calender all the things that I thought would stay.

Annoyed, an understatement.....if he said I would have memory's sticked them.  God forbid, wrote then down.

Hence no posts, not codes no saved favourite, every single book mark, lost lost.  
Lost tonnes, I'm lazy I use the pc memory, now I can't even remember what half the sites where. Huuugggh 

No more slow broken pc= fixed fast but pointless as honesty I'm missing all my favourite things.

Incy wincy spider, just thought it would make a funky screen saver.....
and if you look close you'll see what i didn't using the camera to zoom,
we are a few legs missing.

A Patch Work Crochet Dress

From green fields to the  blue sky and then sun that shone to plastic animals jumping about in the fields.   All on a summers day.

Mary Mary quite contrary this is how her garden grew and grew and grew.

This dress has it all ,it's a huge skirt.   I actually weighed the skirt and it came in at just under half a stone of crochet that's mixed with a little knit.

The blue above delicate knitted rag top that set off with a textured crochet 70's arty sun that make for a great sleeve.

Finally I brought something for my house.......

My over sized Stockholm Style lamp shade......chandelier.
Plastic, bright, huge and teamed with beads I love it!

It's like a shop full of sweets , it called to me to buy it! So I did and the best bit was it only took Rich three weeks to put it up! I'm one lucky lady.
