Happy St. Patrick's Day!
The corned beef and cabbage are in the crockpot, along with some carrots and potatoes. Later I will make a couple loaves of Irish Soda bread.We will also be celebrating our daughter's induction into Phi Theta Kappa national honor society and making the Dean's List at her college. Last night we attended a beautiful Honor's Convocation.
