Dancing Darcy this all started with the sleeve on the left side of the picture, it was a free form piece I made when I flew to New York. In my usual style it turned into a dress.Darcy was the name of the character in my book at the time and also Darcy is a very famous Ballet dancer name. So that is how I got the inspiration for the round skirt part.
A Tu Tu underneath would really set of the fullness of skirt as it is a complete round, when you lay it out flat. A whole lot of crocheted stitches.
